Do you deliver?

Delivery fees are based on quantity/type of items and travel required. There is a minimum spend of  $250 for any local delivery.

 

You may choose pick up in Kingston at no cost to you.

How does payment work?

All orders under $250 or booked less than 14 days prior to the event need to be paid in full at time of booking. All rental reservations or service bookings will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. There is a minimum spend of $200 on rentals. 

What is your cancellation policy on rental items?

Changes or cancellations to your order must be made 14 days prior to your event date.  Your non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

Do planning clients get a discount on rentals?

Yes! Planning and wedding management clients receive a 20% discount on all rental items.

oops! I broke something

Mistakes happen, however, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item(s). We do not assume any responsibility for injuries or damages occurred to persons or property while the items are in your possession.

How can I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer . Payment can be sent to contact@mildredandco.ca
